As an architect I used to present my projects with simple and basic visualizations. Rarely we had to outsource 3D jobs to freelancers. I thought clients don’t care about the visualizations’ quality so much. Once we outsourced a big project and the result was almost tragic. We nearly lost the client because of poor quality and missed deadline. So then I decided we have to take full control and master the skill of architectural visualizations ourselves. With outstanding renders’ quality we attracted more architectural clients and soon other architects started asking to outsource 3D renders to us. I realised that as architects we have a big advantage in understanding others' projects on a next level. That’s how we cut the delivery time by 50% while keeping the excellent results.
