The data (including personal data) submitted by the Clients or by 3D Artists will be processed by the employees of 3D Agora. Every employee and sub-contractor (data processor) is under strict confidentiality rules by signing confidentiality statements and using up-to-date encryption technologies. As a matter of principle, 3D Agora follows the principles of privacy by default and privacy by design. We carefully selected subcontractors (data processors) who are compliant with GDPR requirements in their business conduct.

3D Agora does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization without prior consent and notification to its users. 3D Agora carefully and regularly examines service providers and related developments applicable to the European Union's legal frameworks by abiding by the Privacy by Default principle. We are aware of and actively use suitable safeguards, including adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) issued by the EU Institutions.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or as required by law. For instance, general data is kept for the duration of your account's existence plus a period of up to one-year post-closure to handle any residual issues. Financial records are maintained for up to seven years to comply with our legal and tax obligations. You can request the deletion of your data at any point, unless retention is mandated by law or necessary to protect our rights.
The Data Controller is committed to the principle of data minimization so that only adequate, relevant, and limited data are collected, only for necessary reasons and for the purposes for which they are processed.

Please note that 3D Agora services shall not be available if you fail to provide necessary personal data. If you provide inappropriate or corrupted data, the Controller shall be entitled to, upon your notification, delete the previously submitted data that may require re-registration on the website.
3D Agora currently does not implement or apply automated decision-making or profiling. All data that is processed is under human control and revision. If AI or related Algorithm-based products are introduced in the future, 3D Agora shall notify its Clients and 3D Artists promptly.
3D Agora has not, is not, and will not plan to further process the personal data for purposes other than that they were collected.
If you are not satisfied with our response and seek legal remedies, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. 3DAgora.com is currently located in Hungary; therefore, your complaint may be sent to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
